CommanderAccredited
VA Claim Commander was built to the standard the VA expects — and we’re pursuing the credential to prove it. The founder is actively working toward OGC accreditation through the VA Office of General Counsel. We don’t take shortcuts on the tools, and we’re not taking shortcuts on the credentials either.
Why OGC accreditation matters
Under 38 CFR § 14.629, anyone who assists veterans with VA claims for compensation must be accredited by the VA Office of General Counsel. It isn’t self-issued and it isn’t bought — it requires a written exam, a character and fitness review, and ongoing compliance with VA standards of conduct. When you see this credential, the VA itself has vetted the person behind it.
Federal standard
Accreditation is granted by the VA Office of General Counsel — a federal credential, not a marketing badge.
On OGC’s timeline
The exam, the review, the process — it moves at the VA’s pace, and we’re seeing it through.
No shortcuts
The same rule we build our tools by. Earned credentials only — nothing implied, nothing borrowed.
One email when accreditation is confirmed. No newsletters, no spam.
